We are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Reshoketsoe Rampedi, fondly known as Dr Shoki, as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Botshilu Private Hospital, effective 01 February 2026.
Dr. Shoki brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, executive leadership, and healthcare business acumen. She is a qualified medical doctor with extensive experience across both the public and private healthcare sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) from the University of Pretoria (UP), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration from the Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS), and an MBA in Healthcare Leadership from Stellenbosch Business School. Her professional career, spanning over 10 years, includes frontline clinical service delivery, strategic business development within healthcare infrastructure, and executive governance.
Dr. Shoki has served Botshilu Private Hospital with distinction as a Non-Executive Director since 2020. Her deep institutional knowledge, strategic insight, and unwavering commitment to patient-centred care position her exceptionally well to assume the role of COO. We are confident that her leadership will further strengthen Botshilu’s mission, values, and operational excellence.
