Dr Mashudu Mugeri is a distinguished Paediatric Intensivist with nearly two decades of experience in the medical field. Her journey began 19 years ago, marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence in Paediatrics.
Over the past nine years, she has established herself as an expert Paediatrician, demonstrating an unwavering commitment to the care and well-being of her young patients.
In the last 3 years, Dr Mugeri has further enhanced her skills as a Paediatric Intensivist, specialising in the critical care of children facing life-threatening conditions. Her expertise in this demanding field has made her an invaluable asset to her team and the families she serves.
Beyond her clinical practice, Dr Mugeri is deeply passionate about academia. She currently leads as the Head of the Clinical Unit in the Department of Paediatrics and Child Health at Dr George Mukhari Academic Hospital at the township of Garankuwa. In this role, she is not only responsible for overseeing clinical operations but also plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of Paediatric medicine.
Dr Mugeri is actively involved in teaching and training both undergraduate and postgraduate students, imparting her extensive knowledge and clinical experience to the next generation of medical professionals.
