Customer-Centric Approach

During an emergency, you only need the best care possible.

All our locum doctors are registered with HPCSA and have medical insurance cover.

The doctor on call will have a standby doctor at all times in cases of emergency. All patients will be reviewed or seen by a Doctor.

In cases of no medical aid patients, the Doctor will stabilise the patient and discuss payment options or transfer options with patient’s family.  Our Emergency & Casualty Unit is registered with almost all medical aids including the lower plans medical options. Please inquire at our Unit Reception if the unit takes your medical aid options.

Hospital Assistance Strategies

  • Ward Rounds by ER Doctors on request by specialists for emergencies.
  • We provide assistance with Resuscitation during emergencies in the wards and ICU.
  • We also monitor newly admitted patients for re-assurance and stabilising.
